Q. Why do provinces outside of Ontario required to pay taxes on purchases?

A.  With the introduction of HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) buyers will be required to pay their province's sales tax. If you are a charitable organization or a business the sales tax charged on your purchases is refundable.

Q. Do I need a PayPal account to pay for a purchase?

A. No. You  can pay with your  credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) — all without having a PayPal account. PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, PayPal payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants.
