It is perfectly safe to shop at our online store. How do I use your online store?
Browse for items in different categories by clicking the blue tabs near the top of each screen. Or enter your desired items, one by one, into the box below it to search our store's extensive database. When you see an item that you would like to buy, click the "Add to cart" button. You can always add or remove items from your online "shopping cart" by clicking the "Shopping cart" icon near the top right of the screen. When you are done, click the "Check out" icon to finalize your purchase.
Can I also place orders by phone?
Certainly! Simply call 1-800 449-5918 to place your order by phone.
How do I cancel my order?

Can I buy gift certificates online?
Yes! Gift certificates are available by clicking here. They may be redeemed online or at any of our Toronto locations.
What is your refund policy?
Israel's Judaica will accept returns and a credit note toward future purchasing will be issued. Israel's reserves the right to exclude items purchased on sale, and wearing apparel. Credit notes are not bound by time and can be used indefinitely. Credit notes should be treated like cash as we do not keep copies.
Who created your website?
The content on this site, and most of the photos, were generated by Israel's Judaica employees. Initial graphic design / web design services were provided by CurrentImage.com, although the website is now maintained by Israel's Judaica. The e-commerce part of this site was developed by Booksellersoft, a company specializing in e-commerce software for the book industry.
